* George Wimpey South Midlands, as part of the Taylor Wimpey Group will pay rental or mortgage payment on existing property (excluding any accrued arrears) from the Date of Reservation of the new plot to the Estimated Date of Legal Completion. The offer only covers mortgages that have a lifetime of 25 years or more. Documentary proof must be provided of the monthly rent or mortgage payment sum from a bank statement, showing the last 3 payments. The amount paid will be equal to the rental or mortgage payment up to the Estimated Legal Completion Date, and will be up to a maximum of 5% of the new property value. This will be paid to the customer in the form of a cheque 1 week after Legal Exchange of Contracts, which must be within 28 days from reservation date. This offer is only valid for plots that will Legally Complete in 2009, and can not be redeemed past the point of reservation.
